Supports Available During Your Respite Stay

Respite care is provided in our house, offering a break for carers or parents. During your stay, you'll get the same care as you would at home. Our caring team provides daily personal care, such as help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and managing medications. 



We assist with mobility and making sure you’re comfortable at all times. 


​​Our team helps with meal preparation, making sure that your meals are nutritious, cater to your tastes, and meet any dietary requirements you have. 

You will be supported in attending appointments, such as medical, allied health, or specialist visits, making sure you stay on track with your health and well-being. 


Our staff are here to accompany you and make sure you feel comfortable throughout. You'll also get to join in fun activities personalised to your interests. Whether it's arts and crafts, games, gentle exercises, or community outings, we aim to make each day enjoyable. 


Our goal is to keep you active, engaged, and connected to the things you love doing. We can also support you in participating in social events, helping you stay connected to your friends, family, and community

STA also offers much-needed rest for carers. Carers need time to rest and recharge, and our STA services let them do just that, knowing you're in a safe and supportive space.

It could be for a few days or a few weeks, STA gives carers reassurance that you're well cared for.

Accessing STA is simple. STA is funded through your NDIS plan under Core Supports—Assistance with Daily Life. 


You can ask your Support Coordinator to help arrange it or contact us directly. We're here to make the process easy.

Medium Term Accommodation

What is Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)?


MTA gives you temporary housing while you wait for a permanent home. It is for NDIS participants with an approved plan and confirmed permanent housing. 


The accommodation is funded for up to 90 days, giving you needed support during this time. The goal is to bridge the gap until you move to a permanent home.


Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) gives you a comfortable and secure place to live while waiting for your permanent housing. Offering you support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


With MTA, you can live fully, knowing you have support to keep you happy and safe.

Who is Eligible for Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)?


To qualify for MTA, you need an approved NDIS plan and confirmed permanent housing. MTA gives you support while your permanent housing is prepared. 

If your permanent home isn’t ready yet, MTA gives you a safe place.
